1. To fully implement the Party's educational direction and relevant national policies and regulations, and to carry out relevant superior instructions and University resolutions.
2. To deploy and implement the assigned tasks and to review the plans (including implementation plans and execution) and make relevant summaries.
3. To assist the President in formulating University plans and University rules and regulations.
4. To assist the President in validating the work and teaching plans of the departments and colleges.
5. To assist the President in organizing and carrying out educational research in the University and grasp the construction of a scientific research elite team.
6. To assist the President in making reasonable arrangements for the maintenance and security of the University to ensure the safety and stability of the University.
7. To get involved in education and teaching line, carry out education and teaching research to provide guidelines for the President's decision making.
8. To be responsible for the teaching plan and the development of teaching and research and teaching reform programmes, organising and checking the implementation.
9. To be responsible for organising and implementing the enrolment plan, completing the enrolment tasks and organising the class formation of new students.
