1. 3. To focus on teaching, adhere to the work of the University to education and teaching, adhere to the teaching style of erudition and teaching, and foster virtue through education.
4. To establish a sound university management system and carefully check the implementation of university rules and regulations to ensure the normal functioning of the University in order.

To organise and lead the ideological education work of teachers and students throughout the University, establish scientific ideological direction and the ideological policy of sustainable development, create an open, inclusive and harmonious ideological atmosphere, and establish a learning style of with good thinking, and knowledge and action.
8. To adhere to the policy of running the University in a diligent and frugal manner, draw up and implement an annual budget programme, and strive to improve the conditions of running the University.
