1. Role/Purpose
The role of Teaching Steering Committee is to further strengthen the macro guidance and management of student education of the University, promote teaching reform and teaching development of the University and further improve the quality of student education.
2. Term of Office
The responsibility will be effective from the release of announcement document and will last until the termination of the agreement between the two sides.

4. Roles and Responsibilities
The Teaching Steering Committee is responsible for the following matters:
(1) Responsible for the design of the University’s Student Education Schemes and the organization of teaching researches and discussions.
(2) Responsible for the management of students’ practicing and training.
(3) Responsible for the development and management of students’ graduation thesis.
(4) Responsible for the University’s programme development, curriculum development and curriculum reform.
5. Meeting
All meetings will be chaired by Qin Chen (Deputy Director of Academic Affairs Office).
The quorum for the meeting is 17 committee members. (100% member attendance is required.)
The meeting agendas and minutes will be provided by Qin Chen (the Vice Director of Academic Affairs Office), which includes preparing the agendas and supporting documents and preparing meeting minutes and information.
The meetings will be held once a month in the Conference Room of the Administration Building.
6. Amendment, Modification or Change
The terms of reference can be amended, modified or changed in writing after consultation and approval by the members of the Teaching Steering Committee.
