1. Role/Purpose
The role of Admissions Committee is to lead and supervise the University’s enrolment work, formulate enrolment policies, commit to implementing enrolment tasks, standardize the order of enrolment work, strengthen enrolment procedures to ensure that the enrolment is open, fair and just, and impact assessing admissions policies, procedures or practices for compliance with diversity, equality and inclusivity initiatives.
2. Term of Office
This responsibility will be effective from the release of announcement document and will last until the termination of the agreement between the two sides.

4. Roles and Responsibilities
The Admissions Committee is responsible for the following affairs:
The main responsibilities of the Leading Group: responsible for leading and supervising the University’s enrolment work and formulating enrolment policies.
The main responsibilities of the Admission Team: responsible for the implementation of the University’s various enrolment tasks, and the enrolment publicity, organization and admissions.
The main responsibilities of the Disciplinary Inspection Team: responsible for supervising the rationality and standardization of the University’s enrolment work, as well as handling violations of regulations and disciplines during the enrolment process and candidates' fraudulent practices.
5. Meeting
All meetings will be chaired by Vice President Min Guilin.
The quorum of the meeting is 38 people.
The meeting agendas and minutes will be provided by Wu Lijuan (the Director, Admissions and Employment Office), which includes preparing the agenda and supporting documents and preparing meeting minutes and information.
The meetings will be held in the Meeting Room of the Administration Building from time to time according to the enrolment stage. (The meetings will be held in March every year)
6. Amendment, Modification or Change
The terms of reference can be amended, modified or changed in writing after consultation and approval by the members of the Admissions Committee.
