1. Role/Purpose
The role of Degree Committee is to standardize the procedures for degree awarding, clarify the responsibilities of Degree Assessment Committee, and ensure the quality of the degree awarded.
2. Term of Office
This responsibility will be effective from the release of announcement document and will last until the termination of the agreement between the two sides.

4. Roles and Responsibilities
The Degree Committee is responsible for the following affairs:
(1) Formulate, revise and interpret the management methods for granting bachelor's degree.
(2) Examine and approve the implementation of rules for the degree granting of secondary schools.
(3) Examine and approve the list of students who are awarded, postponed or not awarded bachelor’s degrees.
(4) Make decisions to revoke the bachelor's degree awarded in violation of the regulations.
(5) Examine and approve the list of members of Degree Assessment Committee of each secondary school.
(6) Deal with disputes and other matters concerning the award of bachelor's degree.
5. Meeting
All meetings will be chaired by President Zhang Haitao
The quorum for the meeting is 18 committee members. (100% member attendance is required.)
The meeting agendas and minutes will be provided by Chen Hui (Director of Academic Affairs Office), which includes preparing the agendas and supporting documents and preparing meeting minutes and information.
The meeting will be held in the University Meeting Room once a year in June.
6. Amendment, Modification or Change
The terms of reference can be amended, modified or changed in writing after consultation and approval by the members of the Board of Directors.
